Can you customise patterns, materials and colours?
Yes. Our 5-person R&D team and 10-person original design team support custom material, pattern and colour solutions, including floral, botanical and vintage jacquard-inspired motifs. Confirm the specifications and sample requirements with our sales team.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Tell us the product, approximate quantity and destination country. Add any size, material or pattern preferences.
Can I arrange a factory visit?
Select “Factory visit” in the enquiry form and add a preferred date and number of visitors. Please wait for our sales team to confirm arrangements before your trip.
How are samples, quantities and lead times confirmed?
Sample cost, MOQ, production lead time and shipping time are confirmed for each product, material, size, customisation, quantity and destination. In your enquiry, include the SKU or reference image, estimated quantity, dimensions and destination country. Our team will confirm sampling, production, packing and shipping separately. The written quotation, approved sample and final order specification are the reference for the order.
